Your Facilitator:
Bri Liu, LPC-S, RYT, TCYM (she/her/hers)
Bri is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and Registered Yoga Teacher with specialized training in trauma informed and inclusive practices. She completed her TCYM Level 1 Certification in 2021 TCYM Level 2 Certification in 2023.
Passionate about working at the intersections of social justice, trauma, and mental health. Bri is particularly interested in supporting wellbeing in BIPOC communities. She is dedicated to creating accessible spaces where all individuals feel a deep sense of belonging and acceptance, where they feel seen, validated, and un-judged, allowing for the renegotiation and repair of previous wounding relational experiences. With a curious heart and mind, her areas of interest are continuously morphing and shifting. At the heart of her work though, never wavering, is the desire to uncover, acknowledge, and heal the traumas that arise from chronic experiences of disconnection and oppression, both on the collective and individual level.
Bri has worked in a variety of settings including public and charter schools, higher education institutes, community based mental health, non profit clinics, and private practice. Bri is trained in a variety of somatic therapies, including Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Body-Mind Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, and the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method. She is also drawn to Indigenous/Ancient philosophies and healing modalities (and acknowledges that many current somatic therapies are rooted in these Indigenous/Ancient practices), as well as relational and liberation orientations. She is currently facilitating TCYM based groups in a juvenile detention and a psychiatric facility. She also teaches yoga to toddler and pre-school aged children at local preschool.

Lindsay Rothschild, LCSW, CCTP, SAP, TCYM, RYT
Lindsay Rothschild is a licensed therapist, trauma educator, and somatic practitioner dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional psychotherapy and body-based healing. With nearly two decades of experience in behavioral health, she specializes in treating complex trauma and addiction through a Trauma-Conscious and Salutogenic lens, integrating holistic modalities that support nervous system regulation and deep healing.
Lindsay’s personal and professional journey has led her to explore the intersection of trauma, embodiment, and consciousness. After earning her Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University, she expanded her training beyond talk therapy, becoming certified in The Trauma-Conscious Yoga Method™ and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). She has also trained extensively in EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)—each offering a unique path to healing the mind-body connection.
Lindsay’s passion lies in somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, recognizing that trauma is not just a cognitive experience but one that lives in the body. As the owner of Roots to Rise, PLLC in Arizona, she offers somatic psychotherapy, trauma-conscious yoga groups, EMDR therapy, and supervision for clinicians seeking to integrate a trauma-conscious framework into their practice. She also serves as Clinical Director at Seven Arrows Recovery Center, helping to create a healing environment rooted in safety, embodiment, and self-discovery.
Committed to education and advocacy, Lindsay collaborates with the Arizona Trauma Institute, providing professional training on trauma-conscious care, resilience, and embodied healing. She believes deeply in the transformative power of nervous system attunement, self- compassion, and ancient wisdom traditions as pathways to healing and wholeness.
With a wild heart and free spirit, Lindsay invites others into a space of self-exploration, helping them reconnect with their bodies, reclaim their narratives, and awaken their inner wisdom.
